On today’s podcast #11 we made an active game. With this game we are able to get moving while having fun. You can do this alone or with friends and family.

3 sheets of paper
dice (borrow from a game?)
On the first sheet of paper write six exercises, we suggested:
- Crab walk
- Frog Jumps
On the second sheet of paper write another six exercises, we suggested:
- Arm circles
- Bird flaps
- Monster Stomps
- One-leg flamingo balance
- Mountian climbers
- Bunny hops
On the third sheet of paper write the times:
- 20 seconds
- 15 seconds
- 45 seconds
- 50 seconds
- 35 seconds
- 30 seconds
Use the dice to decide what you will do and for how long.
