Welcome back!! We did a workout craft on today’s podcast. Here is all the items you will need to complete the craft. This is a great activity to do if you are inside because of the weather. Make it a workout you do with a friend. I hope you enjoy!!
42 popsicle sticks
2 plastic cups or containers
7 colors of paint or markers
Black marker or pen
Step 1: Color 6 sticks each color. When you are done you will have 6 sticks of each 7 colors (e.g. 6 sticks of red, 6 sticks of blue, etc.)
Step 2: Write the below exercises on each stick. Keep the same color for each muscle group. For instance: Abs on the 6 sticks of red, Quads on the 6 sticks of blue, etc.
Step 3: Put the sticks in one cup (or container)
Step 4: Choose one exercise from each color group and do them. Once complete put them in the other cup (or container).
This is a nice way to randomly switch up your activity for the day. Get moving!!
