Podcast #3 -Tabata Workout

Welcome back to podcast #3!! Today we went through a tabata workout!! Here in North America we are in the middle of winter. It’s been a mild one so far but if you are stuck in the house, this is a great idea on how to stay active!!  I hope you give it a try. Tell me what you think!!

This tabata workout has a 30 second exercise and 15 second rest.  Here are some pictures to help you with each workout.

Jogging in place
