Welcome back for episode #2 of our podcast!! Today we talked about making a green smoothie. This smoothie tastes like a fruit smoothie, so don’t be scared!!
Serving size: 1
2 handfuls of greens (lettuce, spinach or kale)
(if you’re a newbie start with lettuce, you can try kale when you become an experienced green smoothie drinker)
enough orange or apple juice (or water) to blend
Any additional add-ins as desired: Blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, raspberries, apples, pineapple, flax seed, etc.
Place all items in the blender and blend until smooth.
